BDVM Capital targets control investments in North American lower middle market companies generating $3 million to $15 million of EBITDA. We focus on businesses with defensible market positions in sectors where our team has deep operational experience — primarily business services, industrials, and consumer products.
We evaluate each company's unique business and financial needs to structure transactions that best fit the situation, including buyouts, recapitalizations, corporate carve-outs, and growth financings. Our entrepreneurial approach means we build lasting partnerships rather than applying rigid investment criteria to every opportunity.
Once invested, we provide strategic resources and operational support to drive company performance — acting as a collaborative partner to management, not a passive financial sponsor. We typically hold investments for five to seven years, ensuring the time and resources necessary to execute meaningful growth plans.

Managing Partner & Founder
Bobby is the Managing Partner and Founder of BDVM Capital and is responsible for all investment activities at the firm. With over 20 years of private equity experience, he has built a deep network of operating executives, former colleagues, and third-party providers who work in concert with him across deal origination, transaction execution, and portfolio company growth. Bobby is currently a Senior Advisor at Salt Creek Capital and a member of the Investment Committee at Kepler Capital.
Previously, Bobby served as Senior Managing Director – Head of New Investments at Salt Creek Capital, where he led 10+ platform deals as an independent sponsor along with numerous add-on acquisitions. Prior to Salt Creek, he held senior roles including Managing Director and Principal at H.I.G. Capital, Nautic Capital, and Roynat Equity Partners, closing numerous leveraged lower middle market buyouts. Earlier in his career, Bobby was an Investment Banker at Citigroup and a Turnaround & Restructuring Advisor at Alvarez & Marsal.
Bobby holds a B.Com. in Finance from the University of Toronto, an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, and is a CFA Charterholder.

The Company offers a wide range of in-house manufactured and third-party branded products, including wood and metal racks, cooling units, wine room doors and glass enclosures, as well as custom wine storage room design and consultation services.

A leading single stream recycling and waste disposal company. Omni operates out of two single stream recycling centers where the Company sorts and separates recyclables from contracts with counties and townships in southern New Jersey.

A leading full-service producer of small batch netting used in a wide variety of end markets. Diamond Nets manufactures specialty netting products utilized for custom applications requiring specific quality specifications.

Founded in 1989, Southern Ideal Door is a leading full-service overhead door distribution company. The Company sells overhead doors, door peripherals (track, springs, and hardware components), operators, dock equipment, and controls from two locations.

A leading manufacturer of natural fill cushion (feather and down) insert components to the U.S. upholstered furniture industry, serving major furniture manufacturers nationwide.

A designer, manufacturer, distributor, and wholesaler of women's intimate apparel and sleepwear. Carrie Amber is a leading producer of off-price and mass market women's intimates, sleepwear, shapewear, and activewear across demographics and styles under several brand labels.

A Colorado-headquartered roofing contractor specializing in a wide array of roofing systems, including asphalt shingles, tile, metal, and flat roofing. AVI provides comprehensive roofing and gutter solutions to a diverse customer base, including homeowners' associations, property management companies, commercial property owners, and leading national home builders.

British Columbia, Canada
The sole Canadian franchisee and operator of Red Robin International, Inc. restaurants and the third largest franchisee in the entire Red Robin system. The Company currently operates eleven franchise locations across British Columbia.
